Developed motion planning algorithms for robotic arms to avoid singularity issues, enhancing stability and precision in complex tasks. Implemented solutions leveraging advanced kinematics and real-time obstacle detection.
An AWS-based intelligent system designed to assist technical personnel at Walsin Lihwa Corporation with questions related to international standards for stainless steel. The system leverages AI technologies to provide professional standard queries, standard comparisons, and document analysis services, automatically adjusting response complexity based on user expertise.
Proposed explainable IK framework integrating SHAP and InterpretML. Designed Improved IKNet and Focused IKNet with balanced feature attribution and enhanced obstacle-avoidance stability.
Rebuild iKnet models to optimize performance in environments with limited computing resources, focusing on efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Rebuild GGCNN models to optimize performance in environments with limited computing resources, focusing on efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Integrated YOLOv8-based dynamic filtering and CUDA-accelerated point cloud refinement. Achieved 25.9% reduction in ATE RMSE and 30.4% improvement in trajectory accuracy on KITTI dataset.
Developed computer vision system for club and posture tracking using OpenCV, YOLO, and MediaPipe. Applied Lagrangian mechanics to model swing dynamics.
Built autonomous mobile robot integrating LiDAR, depth camera, and robotic arm under ROS2. Implemented SLAM navigation and vision-based elevator control.
